Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for available options.
If you have already paid for a cancelled order, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. It may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account.
If a product is unavailable, there is an incorrect price, or the order cannot be fulfilled due to a technical or other issue, Hiraya Kids may cancel the order. In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded.
